InvisiPrint® uses a creative, counter-intuitive technique that is extremely effective at hiding fingerprints.
Invisiprint represents an innovative approach to preventing the appearance of fingerprints on the surface of products. Instead of trying to prevent the deposition of fingerprint oils, Invisiprint disperses the oil by creating an oleophilic surface. Spreading the oil allows light to pass through undeterred rendering the fingerprint virtually invisible from most viewing angles. This chemical “optics play” has been found to be significantly more effective for reducing the presence of fingerprints as compared to traditional fluorine containing oleophobic solutions.
